Great to meet you!

I focus on working with individuals and families of all genders who are learning how to live an independent lifestyle and be fulfilled with life, whatever stage that might be. I have been in practice since 2010 and have a focus on caregivers in the sandwich generation--those with young children and supporting aging adults. My background is in women's mental health and I hold a certificate in gerontological counseling and am certified in perinatal mental health.

My approach to therapy

I approach problems and therapy from a systems based perspective. We look at generational patterns as well as internal parts work. My hope is to empower clients with greater understanding and tools to shift their approach to a healthier, holistic lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we get to know one another and what has the client seeking therapy. We explore and map out life history and what has gotten the client to this point--identifying both patterns and strengths. We set goals for therapy and also offer initial homework.
