Have you found yourself frustrated or anxious with the life that surrounds you? Life can get pretty crazy and unfortunately we can't control what happens around or even to us. But we CAN control how we respond and choose to cope. I aim to help my clients realize what they can control in their current situation(s) and gain the tools needed to be more successful in their futures! I've worked extensively with helping others gain employment and skills necessary to be a successful member of society.

I'm passionate about the very fragile Perinatal, Postpartum Stages in life. I aspire to be a safe space for mother's and other caregivers as they navigate the first year of life after a new child and help them to accept their new "normal".

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have my Masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Through REBT and Solution Focused Therapy, I am here to empower my clients to make achievable short and long term goals.

I have also worked with clients on life skills and career counseling.
