Great to meet you!

I’m Brianne, feel free to call me Bri! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I graduated with my Masters in Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2023 and completed my internship at HGI Counseling where I was trained in Collaborative Dialogic Practices. Before this, I worked with children on the Autism Spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, even during life’s most challenging seasons. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace.

Rather than focusing solely on problems, I enjoy helping clients recognize their existing strengths, build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation focused on getting to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish. I also want to learn about the important people, experiences, and values that make you who you are. Together, we’ll begin developing goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that you leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and confident that we are working together as a team.
