Great to meet you!

If your grief feels complicated, shaped by pregnancy or infant loss, cultural or generational experiences, or systemic realities that traditional therapy often overlooks, I'm here for exactly that. Grief is not a problem to be solved; it is something to be understood, witnessed, and carried differently over time. I also support individuals navigating trauma, significant life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My communication style is warm, direct, and reflective. I create conversations that feel natural and respectful, where you can speak openly and explore difficult emotions without pressure or expectation. Through personal and professional experience, I found myself especially called to this work, and I take it seriously.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen and supported, not rushed, judged, or told how they should feel. We move at a pace that honors your experiences. I listen carefully while helping you make sense of what you've been through, and I support you in finding your own path forward. Not mine, not a textbook's, yours.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There's no pressure to tell your whole story right away. I'll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to gain. The goal is for you to leave feeling like this is a space where you can be honest.
