Great to meet you!

My work includes supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, peer and relationship stress, identity exploration, and the many transitions that come with developing into yourself. Depending on the client’s age and needs, I incorporate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma‐focused CBT, talk therapy, and play‐based approaches to help younger children express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways.

I was fortunate to be drawn into social work early on and have stayed committed to this path ever since earning my Bachelors from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2019. I went on to complete my Masters Degree in Social Work at CUNY Lehman College and am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My professional experience spans outpatient substance use treatment, elementary school settings, and community mental health, where I’ve supported children, teens, young adults, and their families through a wide range of emotional and developmental challenges.

My approach to therapy

I take a client‐centered, collaborative approach that meets each person exactly where they are. I talk to kids, teens, and young adults as equals — with respect, curiosity, and a belief in their ability to grow. I gently challenge my clients in ways that build insight, confidence, and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a warm and welcoming environment, but also "keep it real" identifying barriers and solutions, being direct, but also meeting the client where they are at.
