Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’ve spent 10+ years in community mental health across hospitals, shelters, community-based programs, and outreach in the Central Valley. I’m neurodivergent. I get how overwhelming masking and burnout feel.

I work with autism, ADHD, PDA, anxiety, trauma, and work or relationship stress. I also support parents and partners of neurodivergent people.

Certs: ASDCS (autism), ADHD-CCSP, and NATC (narcissistic abuse treatment).

My approach to therapy

I use CBT and DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused tools. I adapt to how you learn. Some people like visuals and checklists. Some prefer talking it through.

I am neurodiversity affirming. We reduce shame, build supports, and respect your nervous system. If you want, we bring in partners or parents for coaching. Between sessions, I offer simple practices you can do in minutes.

What you can expect from me

What you’ll take away from sessions with me

  • A short plan for the week.
  • 1–3 clear goals we track.
  • Simple skills you can use right away (CBT/DBT tools, grounding, task-starting).
  • Words and short scripts for hard talks with family, work, or providers.
  • Routines that lower stress and decision load.
  • If helpful, a sensory support plan.
  • Safety steps and a crisis plan if needed.
  • Brief notes or checklists after sessions (on request).
