Great to meet you!

Hello!!!! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the great state of Texas but also licensed in Florida. I also hold a doctorate in social work and 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I help adults cope with life stressors. I also help clients find solutions to some of the tough issues that life will take us through. I help facilitate and maintain healing.

My approach to therapy

I am an active listener. I listen to understand. That is so important as therapist. I am compassionate and funny. I believe in emotionally healing and self love in addition to incorporating therapeutic interventions. I have the ability to make clients feel comfortable enough to disclose things that sometimes only travel within self. I also provide new perspective in spaces that are welcoming and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and expectations. We will continue with a history of what brings you to me. We will also address some goals you would like to address in therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
