Great to meet you!

My name is Bridget Anderson-Trim, LICSW dedicated to supporting BIPOC youth, young adults, and families. I have clinical experience working with youth and families. I specialize in addressing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and depression, and I’m passionate about fostering mental health in Black communities. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With expertise in family dynamics, I help families improve communication and resolve conflicts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and family challenges using CBT, play therapy, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. My collaborative approach incorporates strengths-based perspectives and the ARC Grow curriculum to foster resilience and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a sense of empowerment to navigate life’s challenges. Through a collaborative approach, we’ll work on building coping skills, improving communication, and fostering resilience.
