My experience has been rich and varied. I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, brain injury, serious mental illness, personality disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulty, trauma, dissociative disorders, and family problems. Recently, I've working more and more with issues related to neurodiversity. I view all aspects of a person's life as integral to their mental health, and will work to make connections and find meaning in your life experience.

My approach to therapy

My integrative approach combines CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Systems, Interpersonal, and Client-Centered approaches to best support you in your journey to reach your goals. This work will be informed by your cultural background as well as personal and family history. It is vital to me that you feel accepted, heard, and respected throughout our work together.
