Great to meet you!

I'm Bridget — an LCPC with 11 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults through some of the most complicated chapters of life. I practice entirely via telehealth, which means I can work with you wherever you are in Montana — no commute, no waiting room, just a real conversation. I tend to work best with people who feel stuck — not because they aren't trying, but because the strategies they've been using just aren't cutting it anymore. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

My approach to therapy

I'm genuinely curious about people — that's not a clinical stance, it's just how I'm wired. My work is relational and attachment-informed, which means I pay close attention to how the relationships and experiences in your history have shaped the way you move through the world today. I also draw on Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Attachment-Based Family Therapy, so we won't spend every session excavating the past — we'll also look at what's already working and build from there. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship struggles, family conflict, and the kind of stress that's become too heavy to carry alone.

What you can expect from me

The first session is more conversation than anything else. I'll ask questions to understand what's brought you here and what you're hoping things look like on the other side of this. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you arrive — part of my job is helping you find language for what you're experiencing. You don't have to perform okayness for me. Show up as you are.
