Great to meet you!

I treat adults and couples. I believe the basis to good mental health and all relationships is curiosity. It can get eroded by all the distraction in our lives, and it's a way of being that can be brought back through practice and intention.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't just about affirming and validating clients--though those things are important. It's about gently challenging and encouraging opportunities for growth. I see therapy as an action, and we will set intentions/goals in each session for outside-the-room work.

What you can expect from me

Curiosity, humor, warmth. Never met a client who wasn't fascinating.
