My approach to therapy

Bridget is an eclectic therapist who believes in a strength based and client-centered approach to counseling. She is experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, positive psychology, and person-centered therapy. Bridget believes that each person has the right to make decisions about their treatment. She has a patient and non-judgmental approach that helps people find their own strength. She is a caring listener who treats all people with compassion and respect.

What you can expect from me

Bridget's areas of expertise include the treatment of depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, spiritual concerns, and highly sensitive people. Bridget loves the therapeutic process and focuses on working with her clients to find solutions and improve their coping skills. Bridget's goal is that each session either moves you closer to your goal or closer to us discovering what is keeping you from your goal so that we can reach it.
