Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on the whole person—mind and body. I work with individuals across the lifespan, creating a safe, supportive space where your story is heard and your goals matter.

I specialize in women’s mental health, with a particular focus on anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and reproductive mental health. I’ve completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International, and I understand the profound impact that hormonal changes, pregnancy, and motherhood can have on mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I combine medication management with mindfulness, stress-reduction, and lifestyle changes to support lasting balance. Seeking help is a sign of strength. You deserve compassionate care, and I’m here to support you.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, my goal is to help clients better understand their symptoms, feel more in control of their mental health, and develop a clear, individualized treatment plan. We often work together on identifying patterns, setting realistic goals, and finding medication options (when appropriate) that align with their values and lifestyle.

Ultimately, clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, validation, and hope—as well as practical tools and a clear direction for their mental health journey.
