Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of the creative arts to assist clients in gaining insight and new perspectives to facilitate personal growth and transformation. I am a Registered Art Therapist, Certified Mood Disorder Professional and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I use a client-centered method, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan that truly fits your needs. My specialty lies in supporting women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, co-dependency, loss of sense of self, difficulty with healthy boundaries and communication issues. Each client comes with a unique set of experiences, and I am committed to honoring that individuality in our work together.

My approach to therapy

To ensure your therapy is as effective and personalized as possible, I employ a multi-modal approach. This means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Art Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psycho-Education.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and work toward meaningful change. Reach out if you feel you are ready for therapy or if you just have questions about therapy. I offer a free phone consultation for you to find out more about services and to see if we would be a good fit.
