Great to meet you!

Sometimes it helps to have someone in your corner who will listen without judgment and help you make sense of what you're going through. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, substance use, or a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward. Together, we'll build healthy coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and create practical strategies that help you make meaningful, lasting changes both in and outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

No two people have the same story, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe meaningful therapy happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing while tailoring each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, family stress, substance use, or everyday challenges, I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and practical support as we work toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and identify what you'd like to see change. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself while we build a plan that fits your needs.

I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and a little more confident in your ability to handle whatever life brings next.
