Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, educator, and artist. I am skilled and experienced in supporting people working on issues of self-esteem/worth, traditional and non-traditional relationship issues, sexual wellness, body-positivity, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, recovery, life transitions, family issues, and more.

The work we do will be directed by the Person-Centered, Rogerian principles of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and belief in authentic human connection.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are all beings of light, energy and flesh, growing and changing, trying to figure out the world as it changes around us.

We are all just doing what we can to become our best selves.

I work in harmony with other approaches to growth. I respect that each person’s journey is rarely a straight line, finding multiple pathways to healing.

What you can expect from me

I believe in joyful self-acceptance. I am about listening, learning, and understanding who YOU are, exactly as you are. I offer a non-judgmental, informed space for the development of self-reflective, compassionate processing of the past and present, and preparation for what's next in this changing world.

In our work, you will share your life, the triumphs, the challenges, and together we will process and reflect on areas of growth, through change processes and tools.
