Bridget earned her Master of Social Work from West Chester University in 2014 and is passionate about helping people identify their strengths, live authentically, build healthy relationships, and find greater meaning in their lives.

My approach to therapy

Bridget approaches therapy through a humanistic and relational lens, integrating evidence-based behavioral strategies when appropriate. She draws from multiple therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, and eco-systemic structural therapy.

What you can expect from me

In addition to providing therapy to individuals and families, Bridget has worked in a variety of behavioral health settings including crisis centers/emergency departments, schools, community mental health centers, hospitals, and primary care. She incorporates her experience with systems navigation, advocacy, and crisis intervention in her therapeutic practice.
