Great to meet you!

Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. I provide thoughtful, individualized psychotherapy for adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped their lives.

I have advanced training in trauma-focused and depth-oriented approaches, including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. My clinical work focuses on helping you navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Many of the clients I work with are looking for more than symptom relief — they want to understand themselves on a deeper level, break longstanding patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. I offer a compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and curiosity while feeling supported throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work happens within a strong, trusting relationship where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

I integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy with evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and skills-based approaches. This allows us to explore the deeper emotional experiences and patterns that influence your life while also developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered.

Together, we will explore the connections between your past experiences, present challenges, relationships, and sense of self. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I approach each client with curiosity, respect, and appreciation for the complexity of their individual story.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is the beginning of a collaborative process focused on understanding your story, your goals, and what you hope to create through therapy. We will explore what brings you to treatment, the challenges you are experiencing, your strengths, and the experiences that have shaped your current perspective.

Clients can expect a calm, supportive, and thoughtful environment where there is space to reflect, ask questions, and begin building a therapeutic relationship. We will work together to identify meaningful goals and develop an approach that feels aligned with your needs and pace.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling understood, respected, and confident that therapy can be a place for growth and transformation. Whether you are seeking healing from past experiences, improved relationships, greater emotional balance, or a deeper understanding of yourself, our work together will be centered around helping you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
