Great to meet you!

Welcome to the start of your therapeutic journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) living in Denver, Colorado! I grew up in the Philadelphia area and moved to CO when I fell in love with all it has to offer! I am a Certified ADHD-Clinical Services Provider. As someone with ADHD myself, I understand how it can impact one's life. I have much experience working with clients to cope with how ADHD impacts anxiety & depression. I also specialize in examining how one's queer and neurodivergent identities can compound the trauma of growing up in a world that does not support either identity.

Along with being a therapist, I am a crafter, mother, gardener, queer, neurodivergent, and lover of all things fantasy!

My approach to therapy

Together we will identify your therapeutic needs and goals. I believe that each individual is the expert on themself and that psychological education can open doors to further self awareness and empower you with coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Each session and approach will be unique to the individual client. If you need space to be heard and process with talk therapy, I will create a safe space for you to do . If you are seeking to learn skills and challenge negative/unhealthy patterns of thinking, we will collaborate together to do so!
