Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate life’s transitions and emotional challenges. Much of my work has focused on supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, and the life transitions.

I take a down-to-earth, holistic approach, blending mental and physical health strategies to help you understand your emotions, strengthen your coping skills, and feel more grounded. I’m passionate about creating a safe, encouraging space where you can show up exactly as you are and begin to feel better, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach that emphasizes collaboration and respect for each client’s unique experiences. I start by meeting you exactly where you are, taking time to understand the concerns you’re facing and the factors contributing to them. Together, we identify meaningful goals and develop a practical plan to help you feel better and create lasting change. Throughout the process, I prioritize genuine listening, empathy, and helping you build the skills and insight needed to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

During your first virtual session, you can expect a comfortable, welcoming space right from the privacy of your own home. I bring a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental presence that helps clients feel at ease, even through a screen. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve.

My goal is for you to feel truly heard and supported from the start. Clients often share that sessions feel relaxed, relatable, and easy to open up in an experience that makes them look forward to continuing our work together.
