Great to meet you!

I offer the space, guidance, and support to explore and work through your unique challenges, as well as nurture your unique strengths.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach, using a traditional talk therapy, insight-oriented approach, while incorporating other modalities as needed. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), guided imagery, and EMDR depending on the needs of the client. The backbone of therapy for me is having a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I want my clients to take away from our sessions greater understanding and compassion for themselves. My goal is for clients to feel better equipped to be with difficult feelings and work through challenges so they can have more peace and enjoyment in their lives.
