Great to meet you!

You might be here because something feels off—self-doubt, feeling unseen, or a sense you’re capable of more but can’t reach it. Many people I work with struggle to see their strengths or believe they’re worthy of care and connection. Therapy can be a place to slow down and explore who you are!

I’m Bridget Rowe, a Denver-based therapist who believes you are the expert on your own life. I came to this work through education and social work, drawn to people’s stories & honoring how unique each person is. My style is warm and collaborative. Together, we’ll ask thoughtful questions, weigh options, and build confidence in choices that fit!

My approach to therapy

I take a gentle, strength-focused approach and ask more questions than give answers. I’m not blunt or directive, and I won’t tell you who to be. Instead, we’ll get curious about what’s working, what’s not, and what you want more of. You set the pace.

Many clients come in with low confidence or a habit of minimizing themselves. Therapy can help you see your value more clearly!

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and respectful. You won’t be talked down to or “fixed.” I see my role as walking alongside you while you sort through options and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, curious therapist who is invested in understanding your experience, I’d be glad to connect.

Outside of work, I love to go on hikes and go to concerts to listen to new artist that are up and coming!
