Great to meet you!

Bridget is a warm and nurturing therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in their healing journeys. Her background includes working with youth and families as both a behavioral counselor and therapist. She has also served survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, bringing a deep understanding to her practice. Beyond working at an Intensive Outpatient Program, experience includes providing therapy to teens, adults, and families dealing with grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Having experienced the benefits of therapy both as a client and practitioner, Bridget’s relational approach helps clients feel less alone.

Bridget is a registered Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #151952).

Bridget deeply appreciates the close-knit community and natural beauty of San Luis Obispo. She loves exploring the outdoors alongside her dog and savoring a good cup of coffee with friends and neighbors.
