Great to meet you!

I'm a master's level clinician with special interests and certifications in Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism. I use CBT in combination with strengths based approaches, mindfulness, and solution focused approaches.

My approach to therapy

I want to always meet clients where they are in their journey and help support them in becoming the best versions of themselves. Whether that be helping a child/adolescent battle anxiety or depression symptoms or teaching about executive functioning in order to better assist neurodivergent clients; I am here for it all! I enjoy bringing play and humor into therapy, where appropriate, and play to my clients strengths throughout sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll get a feel for one another's vibes while gathering background information that is relevant to the reason you are seeking treatment. I like to get know you, your strengths and goals you want to work on, while trying to make it as fun and engaging as possible. We'll review confidentiality and limitations of therapy to assure that you feel secure and supported in reaching long term goals
