Bridget Williams

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with a masters degree from the University of Denver. I have over 24 years of experience working in counseling with children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings. I have worked in schools, hospital settings and outpatient appointments in my office.

I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression and with supporting the many changes and stresses we encounter in daily life in addition to grief and loss work.

I also have expertise working with trauma, Post Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD) and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Clients tell me they appreciate my calm, down to earth approach. Relationships are primary to my focus and I enjoy partnering with clients in their success.

My goal is to support clients in identifying feelings and improving their coping skills for dealing with the stresses of daily life.
