Great to meet you!

I have been a clinician for over a decade. My experience includes working with people aged 5 and older. I have supported people with a wide range of concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to struggles with gender identity and sexuality.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and folks who are part of the queer and gender expansive community. I offer individual, family, and couple/partnership sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is informal, casual, and engaging. I show up as my authentic self for every session and I invite you to do the same. I believe in a collaborative approach, and I will challenge (and support) you to be your most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel supported and challenged during our sessions. I hope you walk away with some new tools to assist you outside of sessions.
