Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through, showing up for everyone else, and minimizing their own needs. Over time, that can start to feel heavy, isolating, or exhausting. You may look “fine” on the outside but feel very different on the inside.
Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly or have the “right words.” We take things at your pace. Together, we begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying and why it’s been so hard to put down.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I draw from cognitive and behavioral strategies, while also focusing on emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I aim to be collaborative, steady, and real, someone who helps you feel both understood and supported in making change.
