Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Bridgette. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in ADHD and my own lived experience. I help women-presenting people go from newly diagnosed with ADHD to experts on their own brains in a warm, supportive environment.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive and, above all, non-judgmental. My goal is to help you reduce the shame and guilt that rules your internal world when you have ADHD, and I do so with complete empathy.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to tailor therapy to fit your exact needs. Typically, my therapy is a hybrid of psychoeducation about ADHD and exploration into how it has impacted your life. From there, we identify the pain points and utilize coping techniques specific to your needs to help improve your life.
