Bridgette Nelson

Bridgette Nelson is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Association. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Her background includes community/public health, hospice/palliative care, subacute/long-term care, Medicare Advantage Program initiatives, D&A w/ dual diagnoses, including academia as an adjunct professor with both LaSalle and Wilkes University.

Bridgette's treatment style among her patients can best be described as “intimate and personalized” allowing patients to not only feel “listened to”, but where they too actively play a role in their treatment and recovery.

Bridgette's creation of TRILESSENCE is a summation of her life’s work in healthcare and academia following her personal motto where “sometimes life is nothing more than a well-tuned balancing act” while all along, taking pride in living what she calls “a purposeful life as a healthcare provider and teacher to those in need”.

The mission and goal of TRILESSENCE is to help patients arrive to a place of emotional wellness leading to an overall sense of emotional well-being.
