Great to meet you!

Greetings! Since 2009, I’ve been working with foster youth and families in helping them achieve healthy, balanced personal lives and relationships. My experience allows me to understand the best ways to address your needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy ensuring a comfortable, safe environment where we can work together on your goals. I am a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College, where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2009, I received my Master of Science degree in Social Work from Loma Linda University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With this license, I am permitted to participate in private practice therapy. If you are ready to start your journey, review my available services and book a session with me today!

My approach to therapy

Healing takes time. Oftentimes, we have to chip away the walls we’ve built to cope with difficult situations...piece by piece until you get to the root of the issue in order to feel somewhat at peace. Bringing up past trauma isn’t easy but the end result can be rewarding.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share who you are and your goals you'd like to achieve in therapy. I will make every effort to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable being vulnerable.
