Great to meet you!

My approach with clients is personalized, emotion-focused, and relational. Psychotherapy is genuine conversation. Genuine conversation is exploration, articulation, and strategizing.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a secure, therapeutic relationship in which you can explore all parts of yourself, including your shame, anger, fear, joy, sexuality, identity, and longing. You are your own expert...you know yourself better than anyone. I want my clients to realize within their own minds, they have access to a world of techniques, which can be utilized to cope with difficult life experiences and make changes at the root and not just the surface.

What you can expect from me

With a gentle, non-judgmental, and supportive approach, I hope to create a safe space for clients to express themselves and make room for realizations which will lead to positive life changes. I am deeply attuned, nurturing, curious, and playful. Therapy is about becoming fulfilled, engaged, happy, and connected to your self-worth. I take a holistic and individualized approach with each client. Client voice. Client choice.
