Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling lives through self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. I have also completed Level 1 Training through The Gottman Institute, which further supports my work with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.

I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, women’s issues, trauma, communication challenges, relationship conflict, parent-child relational issues, infidelity, divorce, and separation. I am especially passionate about helping individuals and couples develop healthier relationship patterns and stronger emotional awareness.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, gain deeper insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and a Humanistic perspective to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change. I also incorporate interventions and strategies informed by Level 1 Training through The Gottman Institute to help couples strengthen communication, improve conflict management, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, background, and goals so I can gain a clear picture of how to best support you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—you’ll be encouraged to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be impacting your daily life and discuss practical strategies to help you feel more balanced and in control. The first session is about building trust and creating a safe space for growth and healing.
