Great to meet you!

MoodLinq Counseling & Consulting PLLC is led by Dr Brie Ison, LCSW helping clients via telehealth in Arizona, South Carolina, and Georgia. As a doctorate of social work and over 16 years experience as a social worker, I dedicate my practice helping diverse populations walk through each unique therapeutic journey. MoodLinq fosters a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly and feel supported. Offering thoughtful, individualized care in a safe and welcoming environment that helps you to feel understood while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

In my private practice, therapy is trauma-informed and supports clients navigating relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and stress. Sessions offer a safe, collaborative space to feel heard, build insight, and develop practical coping tools. Early work focuses on clear goals, with many noticing a gradual easing of emotional weight and continued, lasting improvement over time.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach, blending different methods to fit your unique needs. My practice style is strengths-based, drawing on cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches. Together, we'll create a plan that supports your growth, encourages openness, and helps you feel understood every step of the way.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, we’re here to walk alongside you at your own pace. Reach out today to begin your therapeutic journey and take a step toward greater clarity and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on establishing rapport, understanding what moved you to seek therapy, discussing goals for care, and how I can guide and support you. Expect a warm, inviting, safe, and comfortable space to share openly. We'll discuss expectations of therapy, confidentiality, and any questions you may have.
