Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brie. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults, families, and couples facing anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is warm, practical, and supportive, and I want to help you feel heard, understood, and more confident.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on both emotional safety and real change. I believe therapy should feel compassionate and practical, and I create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, relationships, stressors, and goals, then begin building a plan that feels realistic and helpful. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. This is simply a place to begin.
