Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development with a specialization in Youth and Family Services from

-Extensive background in working with children, adolescents, and adults whom are experiencing severe emotional, mental and behavioral health struggles.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy with an individualized and trauma-informed care approach. I pride myself on establishing a safe environment, working with my clients to promote healing of individual struggles, family relationships, alcohol and drug dependencies, and restoring a healthy quality of life. My passion is seeing my clients recreate and find the life that they are worthy of living.

What you can expect from me

I used an eclectic approach to therapy often allowing clients to guide the sessions with recommendations from myself of areas to explore and process further. We will also work on development of coping skills to help with symptom management and life improvement
