Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brielle, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I have experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and trauma/PTSD.

I also specialize in sex therapy with a focus on gender identity, sexuality, intimacy, ethical non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM. I have experience across community mental health, outpatient, crisis support, domestic violence shelters, and with individuals and families. My variety of experience helps me in meeting you where you are at in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using a strengths-based and holistic approach to find what will best fit you in meeting your needs. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you in reaching your mental health goals. I believe in meeting people where they are at and will provide a safe space for you to explore challenging areas in your life. We will work together to identify where you want to make changes in your life and recognize any unhealthy coping mechanisms that may be getting in the way of being your best self. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we will set goals together and develop strategies to achieve them. I provide a compassionate, sex-positive, empathy-driven approach to working with my clients.

What you can expect from me

Therapy will be an opportunity for you to have a fresh look into what is going on in your life. We will go at your own pace to explore what has brought you here, what you have tried, and what you hope for your future to look like. By the end of our first session, you will have a better understanding if we will be a good fit and what working together may be like. I look forward to connecting with you and being on this journey towards mental wellness together.
