Great to meet you!

I am an open and embracing therapist and I am passionate about supporting others along their journey towards healing and balance. My goal is to create a welcoming and comforting space, free from the pressure of judgment, so come as you are (bonnet and all!). If you’re ready to choose healing, I’m here to walk with you along your journey!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, family of origin conflict, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I have a special interest in affirmative practice with LGBTIA+ individuals and those working to strengthen their connections to their body and sexuality.
