Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Brigett and I'm accepting new clients.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. I am a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals process trauma, navigate complex emotions, and reclaim their inner strength. In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s happening in your mind—we will look at the whole picture. I specialize in nervous system regulation, helping you move out of constant survival mode (like feeling perpetually anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down) and back into a state of safety and balance.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and entirely judgment-free space where you feel truly heard. Together, we will uncover the why behind your patterns, giving you the insights and practical tools you need to feel deeply empowered and connected to your true self.

How we can connect: I currently offer flexible, convenient virtual sessions so you can begin your healing journey from the comfort of your home. Starting in July, I will be welcoming clients for in-person sessions [Phoenix @ Northern/51] on Fridays.

Wherever you are starting from today, please know that healing is possible, and you are entirely capable of it. I look forward to supporting you.

My approach to therapy

I specialized in EMDR and somatic therapy, I focus heavily on nervous system regulation. Together, we will work to move your body out of survival mode—where anxiety, stress, or exhaustion take over—and guide you back to a place of safety, balance, and deep self-understanding. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling empowered, grounded, and truly connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

We’ll discuss your needs and goals for therapy and if I’m a good fit for you. We’ll complete an assessment that gives a brief understanding of what you have been through and how you want to move forward.
