Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating OCD, anxiety, panic, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My background in community mental health has given me experience working with people from many different walks of life, and I bring that perspective into the therapy room with compassion and curiosity. I’ve received advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and evidence-based treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), including skin picking and hair pulling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in CBT, mindfulness, and evidence-based treatment. I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools for lasting change. My style is warm & supportive, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe challenging unhelpful patterns while also learning to approach themselves with more compassion. I believe healing is not about perfection—it’s about learning how to move through life with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where you can share openly at your own pace. I’ll spend time getting to know your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss practical next steps for treatment. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
