Great to meet you!

I am well-equipped to work with individuals, couples, and families who are choosing therapy to better understand their experiences or work toward behavioral change & symptom management. As a clinical rehabilitation counselor, I work with people who are recovering from a major health or role change, specializing in TBI, neurodivergence, and substance use. I work especially well with people for whom traditional therapy has been inaccessible or ineffective, people who are action-oriented and high-achievers, and people who experience conflict between their identity and the expectations of society.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrated theoretical approach and eclectic modalities to provide support for the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I draw from neuroscience and psychology to provide a framework for understanding thoughts and behavior in the context of environment. Working with me means exploring the root of concerns to address present needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss a little bit about your background and what brings you to therapy, then talk about different goals and pathways toward them. It's an opportunity to understand more about my approach to therapy and decide if it is a good fit for what you are looking for.
