Great to meet you!

I am committed to providing psychiatric care to my clients in a safe and judgment-free environment. My goal is to ensure that you feel empowered and supported as we navigate through your journey towards wellness. I recognize mental health as being the most pivotal part of someone’s well-being and hope to establish routines that are long-lasting and obtainable in your life.

The purpose of my treatment plan is for you to gain back your autonomy, happiness, and stability despite the challenges you will inevitably face over time. Life is unpredictable, but your mental health doesn’t have to be if you have the right tools and appropriate support in your corner.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their wellness goals and optimizing a multifactorial approach to mental health. While my specialty lies in psychopharmacology, my theory is that holistic healing can only truly be reached when incorporating other modalities such as therapy, nutrition, movement, and sleep.

My approach aims to help you get to the root of the problem at hand and develop coping strategies that can be utilized during treatment and beyond. I emphasize patient centered care, meaning that I want you to be a direct part of the conversation and plan. My approach aims to meet you where you are and ultimately reach an ideal mental health state together.

What you can expect from me

During each session, I want you to be able to share freely, become vulnerable, and dig deep into the contributing factors of your psychiatric health. I understand everyone’s encounters with mental health are unique given their histories and perceptions, so my method strives to genuinely comprehend your experience and tailor treatments appropriately.

You can expect to feel heard yet challenged during our sessions, and leave feeling empowered in conjunction with the provided education and guidance surrounding your mental health needs.
