Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a background in supporting adults across a variety of clinical settings. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, life transitions, and ADHD or executive functioning difficulties. Many of the clients I work with are used to appearing capable on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or unsure of how to prioritize their own needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should provide space to feel heard and understood while also helping you recognize patterns, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies you can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs. Together, we may focus on managing anxious thoughts, strengthening boundaries, navigating relationships, improving emotional regulation, or developing strategies for organization, follow-through, and executive functioning.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a better understanding of what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been feeling difficult lately, relevant experiences and relationships, current stressors, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You don’t need to know exactly where to start or have everything figured out beforehand. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, ask questions, and begin identifying what you’d like to work toward.
