Great to meet you!

I have my Clinical Social Work License, Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Social Work from Seattle University, and my Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work.

I provide therapy to adult individuals, couples, and families looking for help with relationship and personal challenges.

My approach to therapy

My compassionate approach focuses on understanding each client's unique needs to help form tailored goals and strategies for facing life's difficulties.

I help individuals/couples/families heal and repair past trauma, which leads to a more connected relationship. "What I want is to be intimate with the knowledge that life is temporary. And then, in the light (or shadow) of that knowledge, to know how to live. How to live now." - Yalom

By offering an empathetic ear and understanding each person's unique experience, I help bring couples and family members back to a place of healing, allowing individuals to focus on what matters most to them.

What you can expect from me

I assist couples and individuals in achieving their goals related to improving their relationships, quality of life, and overall health/well-being. My style is interactive, direct, and engaging. I utilize evidence-based techniques throughout our time together. I want my clients to leave sessions feeling heard, seen, and motivated to make the necessary changes in their lives. I look forward to working with you.
