Great to meet you!

You may look grounded, capable, and successful, while privately feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure where you belong. Perhaps relationships keep falling into frustratingly familiar patterns, or you’re carrying questions about identity, intimacy, and connection. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, get curious, and make sense of what’s happening.

As a gay Afro-Caribbean man who immigrated to the U.S., I understand the experience of moving between worlds and finding your place within them. I work with all men, including gay, bisexual and queer men, with particular attention to the range of needs of Black and Brown communities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and curious. What unfolds between us can offer insight into how you connect with others and yourself. Together, we’ll slow down, notice patterns, and explore how your past shapes your present. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about deeper self-understanding, clarity, agency and greater freedom.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a place to slow down, take a breath, and be curious about what’s really going on—without needing to have it all figured out. I’ll listen closely, reflect what I see, and help you recognize both your strengths and the patterns that may be getting in your way.

We may try new ways of looking at things, along with practical tools, readings, or community resources when they’re useful. The goal is to help what you discover in therapy become meaningful change in your everyday life.
