I have been working in the helping profession since 2000. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and depression. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with self image, anxiety and depression, life transitions, bereavement and loss. I utilize a trauma informed approach while addressing concerns associated with substance use disorder, body image, and PTSD.
