Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work with adolescents, adults and families who are facing difficulties related to anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and family dynamics. I have a special interest in supporting first responder families who often face stressors that others may not fully understand.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in the belief that every individual deserves a safe space to feel seen, heard, and supported. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight and create meaningful change. Together, we focus on identifying strengths, overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other, understanding what brought you to therapy and identifying what you would like to work towards. Together, we will develop a personalized approach using practical strategies. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported and confident that we are working together toward positive change.
