Great to meet you!

Hi there—I’m Brionna, and if you’re seeking support through a twisty life phase (or perhaps you’re just ready for something to shift), I’d love to walk alongside you. I work well with adults navigating transitions, identity/thought‐patterns, self‐worth, and the ongoing push‐pull between wanting change and being stuck. Clients describe me as caring, grounded, and easy to talk with—even when things feel heavy.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll create a space where you and I are a team. We’ll look at not just what is happening in your life—but how you’re showing up, the stories you’re telling yourself, and the part of you that feels sidelined or unheard. I bring curiosity and compassion (plus a bit of honest, gentle challenge when needed) so you can learn to show up for your own needs, feel more whole, and bring your real self forward—rather than the version you think you “should” be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other: what you’re wrestling with, what’s important to you, and what you hope for (even if you’re not sure yet). We’ll talk about what feels stuck, what you’ve tried so far, and begin exploring one or two things that might shift how you’re coping. Over time, you’ll walk away with more self‐understanding, more confidence in your choices, and tools you can use outside of session—so that change isn’t only when we meet, but sees into the rest of your week.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible when someone is truly rooting for you, I’m here.
