Great to meet you!

I’m Bree Estrada, a Social Worker based in Tucson, Arizona. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, moving through a major life change, or just looking for steadier ground, I’m here to help. My style is warm, direct, and down‐to‐earth. I work alongside clients in a way that feels supportive, clear, and collaborative.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and important transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting military service members, spouses, and veterans as they navigate the unique challenges that come with military life. My approach blends evidence‐based practices like CBT, solution‐focused strategies, and trauma‐informed care, giving clients practical tools they can start using right away.

In our sessions, you can expect a grounded and welcoming space where we explore what’s weighing on you, identify what needs to shift, and create steps that feel realistic and sustainable. I meet clients exactly where they’re at and help them build confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of direction.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter, managing heavy emotions, or looking for support that understands the military experience, I’m here to offer steady guidance and a meaningful partnership. I’d be honored to support you as you move toward growth that feels achievable and lasting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and genuinely collaborative. I believe people make the most meaningful progress when they feel supported and understood, while also receiving honest feedback and practical tools they can use in everyday life. Together, we look beneath the surface, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build strategies that help you move forward with more confidence and clarity.

I draw from evidence‐based practices that strengthen coping skills, deepen self‐awareness, and build resilience. Sessions are structured enough to feel purposeful, but flexible enough to give you space to reflect, process, and be yourself. You’ll leave with insights and concrete skills you can start applying right away.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or the unique challenges connected to military life, my goal is to meet you where you are, honor the pace that feels right for you, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. I’ll ask thoughtful, down‐to‐earth questions about your experiences, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this meeting is about building a comfortable, collaborative relationship and setting a direction that feels right for you.

We’ll explore what’s been feeling challenging, whether it’s anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or stress connected to everyday life or military experiences. I’ll share more about how I work, what you can expect from our sessions, and together we’ll identify a few initial goals or areas of focus.

Many clients leave their first session feeling more grounded and understood, with a clearer sense of next steps and what our work together might look like. My aim is for you to feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard as we begin your therapy journey at a pace that matches your needs.
