Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Britanny Wilson, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step toward prioritizing your mental health and well-being.

With over 15 years of experience in mental health care—including my time at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital—I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mental health challenges by helping them identify and transform unhelpful thought patterns. My work at UCLA enriched my clinical expertise, particularly in managing complex cases and building strong, therapeutic connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where each client feels heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward emotional well-being. I utilized Talk Therapy and Medication Management, always tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, stronger coping skills, and lasting personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible — and progress feels real.

My approach to therapy

With over 15 years of experience in mental health care, my greatest strength lies in my ability to combine professional expertise with genuine compassion. I believe in building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, empowering them to make meaningful changes. Through years of experience and ongoing learning, I strive to offer the best possible care and support for lasting transformation

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment where we’ll focus on understanding your unique needs and experiences. I’ll listen carefully to your concerns, and together we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing. We’ll also discuss your goals and develop a personalized plan of care that aligns with your individual needs. This session is all about creating a comfortable space for you to feel heard and supported, setting the foundation for meaningful progress. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident as we move forward in your journey toward healing
