Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience in the field. My education and the majority of my experience has been in structural family systems therapy, which has shaped my passion for working within a relational context. Over the past two years, I’ve expanded my practice beyond traditional family therapy to focus on the complexities of life transitions that impact teens and adults within families—such as parenting challenges, marital and relational issues, school changes, shifting roles, college transitions, and grief. Together, we can explore any mood or anxiety symptoms that may arise during these challenging times.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My priority is to build a safe and trusting relationship with clients.

What you can expect from me

Every client is different, with some preferring a more relaxed approach and others needing more structure. We will figure this out together and come up with goals that are best suited to your needs. Whatever you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and those around you.
